FAQ
How much does a solar system cost?
Every system is sized to your load, roof and backup needs, so we quote per project. Fill in the Information Sheet and we'll send a written proposal with generation and savings estimates.
Will solar keep my power on during load-shedding?
Only hybrid or off-grid systems with batteries keep running during an outage. A pure on-grid system switches off when the grid fails, for the safety of line workers.
How long does installation take?
Most home systems are installed within one to three days after the site survey. Commercial and industrial projects are scheduled once the design is approved.
What warranty do I get?
Modules, inverters and batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty for that model, and our installation work carries our own workmanship warranty. The exact terms are listed in your proposal.
Can you help with net metering?
Yes. We prepare the design and documents for net metering and coordinate with your electricity distribution company.
How should I maintain the panels?
Rinse dust off the panels with clean water every few weeks in the dry season and keep the area around the inverter ventilated. Our maintenance plans cover cleaning schedules and yearly inspections.
Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes. We supply and install systems across Bangladesh, and our engineers travel for surveys, commissioning and service.
How do I raise a service request?
Call the hotline or send us a WhatsApp message with your name, location and a photo of the inverter display. We respond during office hours, Saturday to Thursday.
