Summary

This website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Forms on this website

The quote, information sheet and subscription forms do not send anything to our servers. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing is shared until you press send inside WhatsApp.

Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

AI assistant chat

If you use the AI assistant, the questions you type are sent to our website server and processed by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) to write the reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

We do not store chat conversations on our server; it keeps only short technical logs (such as errors and usage counts). Your conversation is kept in your own browser tab and is cleared when you close it. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, a summary of your questions is sent there only when you press send.

What we do with your details

We use the name, contact details and site information you send us only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, install and service your system, and send updates you asked for.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with staff and installation partners who need it to serve you, or when the law requires it.

Technical logs

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Retention

We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the purpose above, for warranty support, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending updates, by emailing info@osleos.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
